Issuing a statement

Letters of recommendation are given through the electronic system for issuing statements. Statements sent by post or e-mail are not be considered. Letters of recommendation are treated confidentially.

Issuer of the statement

Letters of recommendation are to be submitted through the online electronic system. Statements should be submitted no later than 10.2.

The person who gives a statement should register in the system. It is possible to add new letters of recommendation, as well as edit and print previous statements.

Statements will be treated confidentially. Neither those who apply for grants nor other people who give statements will have access to your statements.
